The cursor blink rate and cursor width display differently in Media Center
The cursor blink rate and cursor width in Media Center have been designed and optimized for all users. If you adjusted the cursor blink
rate or cursor width in Control Panel, then the changes will be displayed elsewhere in Windows XP but not in Media Center.
