6. Apply grease to the Z unit and the ZR

unit as shown in the same manner.

7. Attach the covers of the X-axis, Y-axis,

Z unit and ZR unit to their original

positions.

Be careful not to damage the covers when they are reinstalled.

After the covers are attached, move the respective axes using the teaching pendant until

grease covers all necessary part.

◆

Be careful that the motors get very hot immediately after the operation is stopped.
