Checking the total playing
time and titles (CD/MP3)
Press DISPLAY repeatedly in stop mode.
Each time you press the button, the display
changes cyclically as follows:

TOC = Table of Contents; displays current disc
number, total number of tracks on the disc, and total
playing time of the disc

For discs with MP3 audio tracks, album titles may
not be displayed depending on the play mode

For disc with CD-TEXT
Depending on the disc, some CD-TEXT information
may not appear.
Checking the station name
(TUNER)
Press DISPLAY while listening to the radio.
Each time you press the button, the display
changes cyclically as follows:
Preset number and frequency t Clock display
t Effect status
Press ILLUMINATION on the unit.
Each time you press the button, the Power
illuminator around the volume knob changes
cyclically as follows:
PATTERN 1 t PATTERN 2 t PATTERN 3
t PATTERN OFF
You can use the Sony KB-10 keyboard (not
supplied). In principle, you may use any IBM*-
compatible keyboard with a PS/2 interface.**
However, not all keyboards are guaranteed to
work properly, so we recommend using the
KB-10 keyboard.

Business Machines Corporation.
** The power consumption must be 120 mA or less.
Note
Hum or noise may enter the AM radio sound
depending on the operating environment.
Connect the keyboard connector to the
KEYBOARD INPUT jack.
You can connect the keyboard even when the
system is turned on.
