Installing an Additional Hard Disk Drive

You can install up to four SATA hard disk drives to the internal hard disk drive bay.

If you remove the hard disk cover immediately after you shut down the computer, the internal components may be too hot to touch. Wait about one

hour to let the components cool down before you attempt to remove the panel.

To install an additional hard disk drive

1 Shut down the computer and turn off all peripheral devices, such as a printer.

2 Unplug the computer and disconnect any peripheral devices.

3 Push the button (1) to open the hard disk cover, remove the panel, and set it aside.
